Central Asia Program on AIDS Control and Intervention Targeting Youth: The purpose of the CAPACITY Project is to build technical capacity in launching large-scale and urgent responses to HIV/AIDS, and develop institutions and networks in Central Asia countries that can take a lead role in providing technical backup to the process of implementation of the grants from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM, or the Global Fund) and other resources devoted to control of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the region.
