Central Valley Project Conservation Program and Central Valley Project Improvement Act Habitat Restoration Program: The Bureau of Reclamation/Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intend to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (R12AF20001) for Grants/Cooperative Agreements for the following programs: Central Valley Project Conservation Program and Central Valley Project Improvement Act Habitat Restoration Program.
