Chesapeake Bay Program Office Fiscal Year 2009 Request for Proposals (RFP) to Support Multimedia Communication Functions for the Chesapeake Bay Partnership: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP) Office, is announcing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a recipient to support multimedia communication functions for the Chesapeake Bay Partnership. This RFP sets forth the process that will be used for competitively selecting a recipient that will provide multimedia support functions and meet the specified expected environmental results. The objective of the multimedia communication functions is to create communication tools, devices and products that will efficiently and effectively deliver carefully crafted messages to various groups in order to change behavior and foster increased stewardship of the Bay watershed's critical resources that will lead to the restoration of the Bay and its tributaries.
