Child Survival and Health Network Program: The purpose of this RFA is to obtain assistance from an existing organizational network of US PVOs and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in order to build networking opportunities for PVO members and new partners and provide a common point for partnership with USAID and other international agencies/organizations; strengthen technical and programming skills of PVOs and their local partners; foster collaboration and networking among PVOs at the country level; and serve a technical advisory role to other USAID centrally-funded projects to provide the community-based perspective and enhance programming implementation.
