Civil Society Strengthening: Announcement: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS. The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Angola, invites comments, suggestions and questions on its Statement of Objectives (attached) for a program for the Civil Society Strengthening. The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to enhance the quality of an anticipated Request for Applications (RFA) for this program. Interested parties are expected to comment on the appropriateness of the intermediate result and sub-intermediate results, as well as the illustrative indicators provided and your organization's own custom indicators. Interested parties may also provide suggestions for what can be achieved in the Angolan context in respect to the overall goal of enhancing civil society strengthening and on locations (provinces, municipalities, etc.) where results can be maximized. Responses should be no longer than five pages. During a period of two weeks after the posting of this Statement of Objectives, questions and comments can be submitted to USAID/Angola at the below-listed email. USAID is under no obligation to respond to questions, but will endeavor to post responses to any questions it considers helpful to potential future applicants should a formal RFA be issued.
