Additional Information on Eligibility: Applications must be received by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service from the state agency designated as responsible for this program. Grant Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting proposals for the Clean Vessel Act grant program for fiscal year 2007. This grant program provides funds to state agencies for their efforts to construct, operate and maintain sewage pumpout facilities for recreational boaters. The program also funds state educational programs designed to teach boaters about the importance of proper disposal of their sewage.
