- There is not an application process for the Climate Adaptation Commons project. This is a notice of intent to award the Sonoma Ecology Center with a single source agreement of $100,000 under justification 505 DM 2.14 (B4).
- Grant Description
- Funding is available through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) California Landscape Conservation Cooperative (CA LCC) to complete work as identified in the 2011 program priorities. Specifically, the Sonoma Ecology Center will create an online Climate Adaptation Commons where land managers can quickly find climate adaptation information, communicate with each other and with the researchers producing the data, and share lessons learned. The USFWS intends to award Sonoma Ecology Center a single source agreement because of the unique qualifications of the staff with the technical expertise to develop this data system and website. The anticipated project start date will be July 2011 with an expected completion date of December 2012.
