- Grant Description
- The purpose of this program is to improve the contribution law makes to the health of the public and to the performance of the public health system through development and dissemination of information, training, and learning materials on public health legal preparedness for public health practitioners, policy makers, emergency management officials, the legal community, and others key to public health and public health legal preparedness. The highest priority will be on public health legal preparedness, including improving legal preparedness for terrorism, outbreaks of infectious disease, natural disasters, and other public health threats and emergencies.
