Special Eligibility Requirements: - Applicants must provide documentation of prior experience in developing, monitoring, updating, and maintaining the Collaborative Stage Data Collection System (CS). - Applicant must provide documentation of prior experience in providing overall management and coordination of CS activities for a nationwide organizational infrastructure, at a minimum of 25 states/territories. - Applicant must provide documentation demonstrating the capacity to partner with and bring together organizations, agencies, and stakeholders from across the country for a national CS governance committee comprised of all cancer surveillance standards-setting agencies and others with expert-level knowledge of current and past AJCC TNM and Summary Stage cancer staging systems and of hospital and central cancer registry operations and standards.
