Combating Trafficking-in-Persons in Central Asia: The United States Agency for International Development Central Asian Republics (USAID/CAR) is seeking applications from all qualified organizations to implement a three-year Combating Trafficking-in-Persons Program in the CAR region, subject to the availability of funds, as described in the following Request for Applications (RFA).
