Mr. Carter has vast experience and expertise in restoration techniques for Common Murres; analyses, interpretation and publication of seabird population data; and seabird colony survey techniques. Mr. Carter has been part of the Common Murre Restoration Project working group and an integral part of the program since 1995. Knowledge he contains of this program is irreplaceable. Mr. Carter will provide data from past studies to be included in analyses for publication. Also, he led the last survey of seabird breeding colonies in California.
