Community Development Block Grant for Indian Tribes and Alaska Native Villages (ICDBG): Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, which authorizes Community Development Block Grants, require that grants for Indian tribes be awarded on a competitive basis in accordance with section criteria contained in a regualtion promulgated by the Secretary after notice and public comment. All grant funds awarded in accordance with this NOFA are subject to the requirements of 24 CFR 1003.
