Comprehensive Community-Based HIV Prevention, Linkage, and Retention Services for Key Populations and Adolescent Girls and Young Women in the United Republic of Tanzania under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS: The purpose of this FOA is to identify most at risk KP and AGYW and provide appropriate, evidence-based prevention and clinical services.
