Comprehensive Nutrient Management Plan: The NRCS seeks the assistance of service providers to perform construction inspection services for the installation of animal waste control facilities. All animal waste control facilities will be installed by individual farmers or ranchers through conservation contracts funded by the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP). There will be a pre-proposal telephone conference held on Wednesday June 3, 2004, at 10:00 AM.
