These interactions may lead to materialsthat allow higher hydrogen storage, materials that have higher fluxes inhydrogen separation, or materials that are resistant to syngas impurities.Thenew reaction mechanisms may lead to novel pathways for hydrogen production.Grant applications are sought to develop computational chemistry modelsthatsupport hydrogen production, separation, and storage.
