- Grant Description
- The major purpose for this research announcement is to support FELTP Fellows who are in training and need to conduct small/pilot research projects that assist their training while addressing a Ministry of Health priority. The opportunity therefore is designed to support Ministries of Health in FELTP countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas by providing research opportunities that will enhance and supplement the training of its workforce to conduct outbreak investigations; public health surveillance; epidemiologic analysis of crucial trends needed to detect and respond to emerging, re-emerging, and endemic infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases or conditions of public health importance in their home regions.
