This award will be a continuation of funds intended only for grantees previously awarded under PS12-1212, titled “Connecting Latino and African American Males to Sexual Health Services: An Adaptation of Project Connect.” As a reminder, the overarching purpose of this FOA is to adapt the Project Connect health systems intervention to meet the needs of Latino and African American adolescent males, including YMSM, so they may be effectively connected to sexual and reproductive healthcare services in the community.
