Category Explanation: On September 20, 2010, HUD posted on its website the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Programs for Fiscal Year 2010. This Technical Correction (FR-5415-C-17) corrects Appendix A of the original NOFA, the List of Counties Defined as Rural for the FY2010 Selection Criteria. The deadline for submission of applications remains November 18, 2010.
