Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program: The purpose of the CTP Program is to provide, through a cooperative agreement, funds to ensure that CTP partners can perform program management and mapping-related activities, which are defined in the program guidance each fiscal year. Recipients must be a partner in the CTP Program; either be or represent a National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) community in good-standing; have the capability to perform funded activities; and have existing non-Federally funded processes and/or systems in place to support activities that contribute to flood hazard and risk identification. Projects or initiatives that are eligible for funding under this announcement may or may not involve geospatial issues.
