Coordinate team to complete trail projects at Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge: Recruit, select, and support one six-person trail construction Team with team leader for a 3 week work period and work cooperatively with the refuge on the Cutts Island trail. The refuge will assist with recuritment and selection of the Team, including interviewing candidates. Provide orientation and general program training for the Team, such as volunteer management, assessment and evaluation, and training and orientation to the Team Leader and serve the Maine Environmental Education Program.
