Correctional Facilities on Tribal Lands Training and Technical Assistance Program: The Correctional Facilities on Tribal Lands Training and Technical Assistance Program will assist tribes in developing strategies to cost effectively plan, renovate, and/or construct facilities associated with the incarceration and rehabilitation of juvenile and adult offenders subject to tribal jurisdiction. This program is authorized under the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, Title II, Subtitle A, Public Law 103-322, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 13701 et seq.
