County of Marin Emergency Service Response FY16: The County, on its own behalf or through mutual aid agreements negotiated with communities of Western Marin County, shall provide wildland fire pre-suppression, fire preventative and ambulance services and facilities, Emergency communications and other equipment for emergency use within the exterior boundaries of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Emergency services are hereby understood to include, but not be limited to, suppression and pre-suppression of structural and wildland fires, hazardous material response and the recovery and transportation of sick and injured persons
