Adoption and enhancement of CRM concepts for a Class 1 carrier in order to: (1) incorporate Executive management direction and support, (2) reduce or eliminate human risk leading to accidents or incidents, (3) reduce operational costs attributable to risk and (4) foster culture improvements related to team environment (especially as related to employees in safety sensitive positions).
