Grant Description: The Critical Agricultural Materials Competitive Grants Program supports product development, demonstration and validation of product performance under operational field conditions, specifically for paints, coatings, adhesives for composites, and aerial delivery systems or components which are manufactured from domestically produced agricultural materials and are of strategic and industrial importance to benefit the economy, defense and general well-being of the Nation. Many such products replace petroleum-based products, and offer opportunities to create new businesses and new markets for agricultural materials.
