Grant Description
USAID/Indonesia seeks comments on the attached Draft Program Description regarding a future program to promote and reinforce social and legal frameworks that respect pluralism, religious diversity, and the rights of women and minority groups. USAID intends to issue a Request for Applications (RFA) on this subject and we seek comments from interested organizations and individuals on the attached Program Description. USAID reserves the right to use any comments received in response to this request in its future plans and documents, however USAID is not obligated to do so. USAID reserves the right to change the attached draft program description, based on comments received and its own internal review, prior to issuance of the RFA. Issuance of this Draft Program Description for comments does not obligate USAID to issue an RFA on this subject. All expenses incurred in responding to this request for comments shall be the responsibility of the individual or organization which provides the comments and not USAID. The preferred method of transmission for comments on the draft program description is via email to Ms. Asuncion L. Juico at ajuico@usaid.gov with copy to Mr. Dominicus Soenarno at dsoenarno@usaid.gov which must be received no later than November 24, 2006, at 3:00 p.m., Jakarta time.
