Deaths in Custody Reporting Program, 2012-2015: The Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) seeks an agent to collect and analyze data for the Deaths in Custody Reporting Program (DCRP) for the four-year period from October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2015 (fiscal years 2012-2015). Applicants are limited to for-profit (commercial) organizations, nonprofit organizations, faith based and community organizations, institutions of higher learning, and consortia with demonstrated organization and community-based experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native communities, including tribal for-profit (commercial) and nonprofit organiza tribal colleges and universities, and tribal consortia. However, consistent with OJP fiscal requirements, for-profit organizations are not allowed to make a profit as a result of this award or to charge a management fee for the performance of this award.
