- Project Title: DPA Title III Conductive Composite Nano-Materials Scale-Up Project. Nickel based CVD conductive composite nano-materials impart electrical conductivity to materials that normally have a dielectric behavior. Structural materials such as nickel-coated powder, fiber, and woven/non-woven sheet, as well as high aspect ratio nickel nano-filaments are being widely implemented in military systems such as electronics, satellites, and aircraft in order to meet the need for systems to be lighter weight and more (fuel) efficient.
