Grant Description
AFOSR announces a program to demonstrate space research and applications. The outcome the project funded under this program is only to support educational programming and exhibits that demonstrate the application of defense technology and research. The purpose of this program is to seed projects that enhance fundamental public understanding of the space environment and engage underserved youth, adults, and the general public with science and technology. The goal is to promote increased interest in science, mathematics and engineering and to inspire youth to choose careers in these fields.
