The BAA will contain additional information along with instructions for proposal preparation and submission. Proposals must be received through grants.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, 25 May 2011. The BAA will be available for viewing on or about 28 March 2011 at the following address: http://www.arl.army.mil/www/default.cfm?page=8 The BAA is also posted in grants.gov.
