- Eligibility is limited to two organizations with the ability to provide administrative oversight and transfer funding to a key laboratory (Eijkman Institute (EI) for Molecular Biology, located in Jakarta, Indonesia) that has the capacity to rapidly and accurately identify arboviral etiologies of acute febrile illness, including those with hemorrhagic and neurological symptoms. The eligible applicant organizations are identified as: 1) CRDF Global (Based in Arlington, Virginia with offices in Moscow, Russia; Kyiv, Ukraine; Almaty, Kazakhstan; and Amman, Jordan) 2) Alliance for Emerging & Re-Emerging Threats in Asia (ALERT) Foundation (based in Jakarta, Indonesia)
