Develop Water Requirements for Specific Crops, Orchard and Forages in Support of the Caribbean Area Field Office Technical Guides: The recipient will be responsible for the validation and/or development of ETC single crop coefficient (KC) and: 1. identifying the crop growth stages, determining their lengths, and determining corresponding KC coefficients; 2. obtain climatic data (radiation, wind velocity, temperature, precipitation, humidity) for the Caribbean Area Major Land Resource Areas.
