Developing National Capacity for the Management of HIV/AIDS Programs and Support for the Delivery of HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment in Rakai District of the Republic of Uganda under PEPFAR: Secretarys Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS07-737 CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "Developing National Capacity for the Management of HIV/AIDS Programs and Support for the Delivery of HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment in Rakai District of the Republic of Uganda under the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)."
