Development of An Integrated Fisheries Restoration and Monitoring Plan for the Klamath Basin: Funds under this award are to be used to develop an Integrated Fisheries Restoration and Monitoring Plan (Plan) for the Klamath Basin. Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) will facilitate the development of the Plan, working in close collaboration with the Service and NOAA Fisheries as Administrative Co-Leads of the effort. The project will be conducted using an open and collaborative approach involving Basin Partners and reliance on the best available science. For the purpose of this project Basin Partners will be defined by the Service and NOAA Fisheries to include Fish Managers as described in the Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement (KBRA), among possible others.
