Development of Influenza Surveillance Networks Overseas: Following the Presidents National Strategy, this announcement seeks to support foreign governments through their Ministries of Health or other responsible Ministries for human health or public health emergency preparedness in the development or improvement of epidemiologic and virologic surveillance networks for the identification of seasonal human influenza, avian influenza, and other novel influenza strains.
