- This action requires development of visitor based acoustical indicators and standards. The CSU will investigate the effectsof noise on visitor experience in national parks and other protected natural areas, as well as the effects of noise on interactions between visitors and wildlife. This action, issued on a sole source basis, will result in a task agreement to the Colorado State University under ther Rocky Mountain Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit H2370094000. This sole source award is in accordance with the Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505 DM2. This announcement is a re-submission of announcement NPS-NOI-WASO-R2390100091.
