Eligibility is limited to U.S. not-for-profit organizations or educational institutions subject to 501(c)(3) of the tax code, U.S. commercial firms, Pakistan non-governmental organizations registered with the Government of Pakistan, or Pakistan-based commercial firms. The Department encourages organizations that have not previously received international program funding from the U.S. Government to apply under this announcement. Applicants must have a demonstrated expertise in project management, radio and/or digital archive experience.
