The 2011 Discretionary Targeted AssistanceGrant(TAG) Programwill make $4.8 million dollars available to State Governments and non-State agencies who administer a state refugee program under 45 CFR 400.5. The new Discretionary TAG program will begin on September 30, 2011. The project period will be for two years, with two 12-monthbudget periods.
