Draft Program Description for Comment: AIDS, Population and Health Integrated Assistance Program: USAID/REDSO/ESA/RAAO invites public comments on the attached program description for the USAID/Kenya Office of Population and Health. The program description is intended to address most of USAID/Kenyas service-delivery needs in HIV/AIDS, reproductive health and family planning, and child survival and malaria. At this time we are seeking public input on the program description, including comments on the results framework, overall approach, and geographic division of the program. USAID intends to post a final RFA in mid-October, and may award up to six results-oriented cooperative agreements.
