Dynamics-Enabled Frequency Sources (DEFYS): DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of dynamics-enabled frequency sources. The program goal is to develop compact frequency sources capable of maintaining low phase noise under high accelerations or vibrations and over a wide temperature range. All technical or administrative correspondence and questions on this solicitation, including requests for information on how to submit a proposal abstract or full proposal to this BAA, should be directed to the administrative address below; e-mail is preferred ([email protected]). DARPA intends to use electronic mail and fax for correspondence regarding DARPA-BAA09-60. See the full DARPA-BAA-09-60 document attached.
