EDUCATING & EQUIPPING TOMORROW'S JUSTICE REFORMERS (E2J): Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Indonesia intends to award a Cooperative Agreement as a result of this solicitation. The program "Educating & Equipping Tomorrow's Justice Reformers (E2J)" will provide a new generation with the knowledge, skills, opportunities and incentives to pursue a career in public service and contribute to justice sevtor reform efforts, strengthen the capacity of higher education institutions to provide legal education, research, and service; strengthen CSOs and increase collaboration among law schools, CSOs and key justice sector institution to advance justice sector reform and develop next generation of justice sector practitioners and reformers. Award will be in effect for an estimated four years with a total funding not to exceed $10 million.
