Additional Information on Eligibility: *Organization Limit: Proposals may only be submitted by the following: -Universities and Colleges - Universities and two- and four-year colleges (including community colleges) accredited in, and having a campus located in the US, acting on behalf of their faculty members. Such organizations also are referred to as academic institutions.
Grant Description: This solicitation calls for proposals to establish a community-based EarthScope National Office. The Office will foster and support integrated science, education, outreach, and related activities for the EarthScope program; facilitate and coordinate EarthScope scientific planning and education and outreach activities; facilitate collaborative research; and when necessary, form scientific responses to “events” in EarthScope topics and/or regions of interest.
