These cooperative agreements are only available to three specific organizations: Northeast States Emergency Consortium, Central United States Earthquake Consortium, and the Western Seismic Policy Council. Only these three organizations are eligible to apply for these cooperative agreements.
Grant Description
This is a program of cooperative agreements and technical assistance which will enable States to develop preparedness and response plans, prepare inventories and conduct seismic safety inspections of critical structures and lifelines, update building codes and ordinances to enhance seismic safety, increase earthquake awareness and education, and encourage the development of multi-state groups for such purposes. These cooperative agreements are only available to three specific organizations: Northeast States Emergency Consortium, Central United States Earthquake Consortium, and the Western Seismic Policy Council. Only these three organizations are eligible to apply for these cooperative agreements.
