Economic Research For Space Development 2015: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Emerging Space Office (ESO) located at NASA Ames Research Center anticipates a release of a solicitation "Appendix A" as an Appendix to the NASA Research Announcement (NRA), titled "Economic Research for Space Development(NNA15ZBP0001N)," on or about July 16, 2015. Once the Appendix is posted, the complete solicitation (to include due dates) can be accessed via the following steps:

4. Select "Economic Research for Space Development - NNA15ZBP0001N"
5. Select "List of Open Program Elements" and select the appropriate link for the Apppendix A solicitation - NNA15ZBP0001N-A1.

Awards made through this Appendix will be primarily in the form of grants, cooperative agreements, intra-agency transfers, inter-agency transfers, or contracts depending on the nature of the submitting organization and the nature of the proposed effort. The awardee will receive funds based on achieving negotiated milestones.

All proposals must be submitted electronically through NSPIRES by an authorized organizational representative (AOR). Detailed submission instructions are provided in the Economic Research for Space Development NRA, as well as the Guidebook for Proposers Responding to a NASA Research Announcement (NRA) or Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) (Edition January 2015). Potential proposers and their proposing organizations are urged to familiarize themselves with the submission system, ensure they are registered in NSPIRES, and submit the required proposal materials well in advance of the deadline.

Proposal due date is August 31, 2015. The electronic submission of each proposal's Cover Page/Proposal Summary/Budget Summary is required by the due date for proposal submission.
