Economic Research For Space Development 2015: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Emerging Space Office (ESO) located at NASA Ames Research Center anticipates a release of a solicitation "Appendix A" as an Appendix to the NASA Research Announcement (NRA), titled "Economic Research for Space Development(NNA15ZBP0001N)," on or about July 16, 2015. 5. Select "List of Open Program Elements" and select the appropriate link for the Apppendix A solicitation - NNA15ZBP0001N-A1.
Awards made through this Appendix will be primarily in the form of grants, cooperative agreements, intra-agency transfers, inter-agency transfers, or contracts depending on the nature of the submitting organization and the nature of the proposed effort. The awardee will receive funds based on achieving negotiated milestones.
All proposals must be submitted electronically through NSPIRES by an authorized organizational representative (AOR). Detailed submission instructions are provided in the Economic Research for Space Development NRA, as well as the Guidebook for Proposers Responding to a NASA Research Announcement (NRA) or Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) (Edition January 2015).
