EducationUSA Advising Program: Executive Summary: The Educational Information and Resources Branch in the Office of Global Educational Programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition for three assistance awards to administer components of the Office‟s EducationUSA Advising Program in Fiscal Year 2013.
