Educational Campaign on Policy Barriers to Redevelopment of Vacant Properties, Request for Proposals: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Development, Community, and Environment Division (DCED) in U.S. EPAs Office of Policy, Economics, and Innovation with funding support from EPAs Office of Underground Storage Tanks (OUST). These programs are soliciting proposals for an effort that will create the basis of, and will begin, a national educational campaign for state-level decision-makers on the costs of abandoned gas stations and other vacant properties and on the opportunities for supporting their redevelopment.
