Egli Property Restoration: The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: 1) Immediate repair of the Egli house roof, which is leaking and could result in serious damage to the interior of the house; 2) Replacement of the Egli garage roof, and make sure the structure is stable; 3) Finish the remaining historical restoration on the exterior of the Egli house; 4) Finish historical restoration on the interior of the Egli house.
