El Salvador Virtual Courts: The El Salvador Virtual Courts project intends to create the needed mechanism to provide security and efficiency within the justice sector through the implementation of virtual centers in courtrooms and penitentiary centers. The implementation of the project will ensure that inmates do not have to be physically moved outside the penitentiary center, significantly reducing costs, among others including transportation, security, etc. This will also reduce the risk of escape and other negative outcomes.
