Grant Description
This project will be issued to provide funding for a cooperative effort between the National Park Service and Global Explorers in order to engage youth and educators of diverse backgrounds and abilities in exploration and appreciation of night skies directly through Global Explorers Expeditions and to engage youth and other adults in an exploration and appreciation of night skies through other outlets such as educational modules and online activities. This action will be issued as a cooperative agreement, on a non-competitive basis to Global Explorers, Ft. Collins, CO. This is a notice of intent of a non-competitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Department Manual 505DM2.
