Engaging Communities in Responding to Zika Under the Integrating Community Health APS: Pursuant to the authority granted in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, the United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Global Health Bureau (GH), is issuing Addendum #2, Engaging Communities in Responding to Zika, under the Integrating Community Health (ICH) Annual Program Statement (APS). USAID/Washington is requesting concept papers from qualified organizations to strengthen the role of community engagement in health and local systems towards enhancing and expanding on existing efforts in order to mount an effective response to the Zika virus in the Latin America/Caribbean (LAC) region.

To be eligible for a cooperative agreement under this Addendum, an organization must be any of the following types of organizations:
1. Non-Federal Entities (referred to as U.S. NGOs) – U.S. NGOs that meet the definitions in 2 CFR 200.69.
2. Non-profit Organizations (also referred to as U.S. NGOs) – U.S. non-profit organizations that meet the definition in 2 CFR 200.70.
3. Foreign Entities (referred to as non-U.S. NGOs) – either non-profit or for profit organizations not affiliated with a foreign government that meet the definition in 2 CFR 200.47.
