English Language Education Administration Leadership Academy: The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the Embassy of the United States in Islamabad, Pakistan, invites all eligible organizations (see Section C for Eligibility Requirements) to submit a proposal for a Cooperative Agreement to coordinate all logistics and programming associated with administering a 10-14 day exchange program for Pakistani English Language Teaching (ELT) education program administrators. The exchange program will be conducted in summer of 2015. English language program administrators throughout Pakistan propose, implement, and report on English language programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. In the summer of 2015, the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad will send ELT administrators to the three-day TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) Academy scheduled to take place at Richard Stockton College in Galloway, New Jersey, USA, followed by two additional days at the ELT Leadership Management Certificate Program conducted at TESOL International Association headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.
